5/1/2023 0 Comments Killing floor 3I honestly don't believe it's fair to compare KF and L4D, yet everyone and thier mothers seems to do it. The formula is solid and tense, and all the updates and mods keep it indefinitely replayable. I have 300 hours into this game, and I am still loving it. The game is easy enough to run for even people with basic, old and outdated pcs to have fun in 6 person matches, but if you have a god pc, you can jack up all the graphical options and join massive matches as well. The community is active and large as of August 2012. All modded content in a map is downloaded when you join a server- no work on your part required. I once saw a modded match containing 300 players. Every time you check the server list, it's like Christmas! Wow! ANOTHER new map! Also, some modded maps support many dozens of characters. (And it wasn't bad to begin with.) There are dozens of modded maps, and quite a few official ones. It just recently got patched to add several new, free guns to the game, as well as an hdr bloom lighting option, which makes it look A TON better. So just get in there and do your bit for Queen and Country. And that would be a disciplinary offense. Of course, you can’t tell anyone anything, because that would be a breach of the Official Secrets Act 1911, 1920, 1989. The few survivors from the first police and army units thrown in. Quite literally, in some cases, of course. The screams of its got a bloody chainsaw!" over the radios probably didn’t do much for morale, as whole units were chewed up. The first army units hadn't been warned what to expect. The police were sent in, but that wasn't even a challenge for the specimens. Others are shambling amok or even jumping amok, but you get the idea. No-one was left alive to turn off the specimen-cloning equipment. But, in the typical way these things go, the program didn’t want to be shut down. They had just got on to the chain gun and rockets when the government tried to secretly shut down their secret program. The bigger ones were the first ones they tried arming. The basic ones will just munch on your arm and try to disembowel you. They are the left-over "specimens" from a cheap and dirty government program to clone soldier-monsters. The aim - cleanse each area of zombies, in waves, until you get to the last one. Up to 6 players in online co-op mode, or just you, on your own, playing the Solo mode. Summary: It’s a co-op survival horror game.
